David Nead brings nearly a decade of experience in managing people, projects, and operations to align company initiatives with measurable outcomes. In his role as Project Manager for Cannon-Nevada, Nead partners with clients to evaluate priorities, develop strategies, and implement forward-thinking solutions that optimize company performance.

Operations management, customer service, employee performance, and change leadership are only a handful of tools that Nead brings to clients as he delivers end-to-end project management solutions. Nead came to Cannon-Nevada from Barton Associates where he delivered talent solutions to multiple employers that aligned with specific client operations, culture, and priorities to achieve their goals. His prior background in consumer goods manufacturing brings both depth and breadth in team strategies, performance management, goal alignment, customer demands, and operations. Nead now brings this knowledge and skill to manage key projects for internal and client projects to increase efficiencies and ensure client satisfaction.


EDUCATION

Nead earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada with an emphasis in Operations, Management, and Leadership.
