DAN WAGNER

Chief Financial Officer

Dan Wagner is the CFO for Cannon Nevada and responsible for all internal financial functions, directing all aspects of accounting, reporting, inventory, and asset management.

He brings 20-years of cost accounting experience from the manufacturing and communications industries. Dan’s talents shine through his rich history of delivering successful cost modeling, budgeting, continuous improvement strategies, SAP product applications, and expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. This lays the foundation for his role at Cannon as he oversees all accounting systems and processes to ensure financial growth and profitability, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and external relationships. Dan also helps establish and maintain SOPs for portfolio collections to allow seamless and stable growth.

Prior to Cannon, Dan worked for TIMET Titanium Metals Corp. for 16 years overseeing cost accounting, analysis, and logistics. He provided sales forecasting and bridge variances for daily and weekly P&L totaling $5M+ in weekly sales and managed warehouse material cycle count programs of over $16M (11,000 SKUs). Dan worked actively on continuous improvement projects to identify cost saving measures while analyzing and preparing product cost models and variance analyses. His work with financial audits, SOX compliance, reporting, and coordination between production, quality, and shipping streamlined operations and enhanced operational efficiencies.


EDUCATION

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota
