Kathy Cluxton provides infrastructure advice and support to the portfolio companies, with a focus on operations standards, human resources, and overall business strategy. With a mixed background in finance/accounting and operations, she brings a unique background of leading Fortune 500, privately held, and private equity financed companies across multiple industries.
In her previous role as CEO of 4Wall Entertainment, Cluxton led the premier service provider in the delivery of events and entertainment globally. She was responsible for aggressive revenue growth and oversaw more than 20 mergers and acquisitions while building a world-class diversity program that resulted in a 300% increase in hiring women and minorities.
Cluxton began her career with Aramark where she worked as the youngest-ever Controller for the Fortune 500 company. This role took her around the country as she worked in locations such as Boston, Tampa, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
EDUCATION
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University with a Certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from UCLA and a Certificate in Change and High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University.
